现在世界各国最头疼的就是治安战。
各地本就有的是活不下去或把自己作死的恶痞流氓。经济搞成这样又把更多良善逼上绝路。
安静得自己去死，和拿枪搏场富贵，哪怕只是搏短时的及时行乐，都能极大勾出人性之恶。
此计甚毒。
但是又怪得了谁，自己造就了作恶的土壤，长出罂粟花，也就差一颗种子的事。
正常人，只要能好好活下去，有几个愿意违良心做那掉脑袋的事。
