Most likely an error in me recording it. &#xA;&#xA;I emailed support because the collateral should still be able to be refunded using the their key and the lender&#39;s key. The lender is aware of the situation and is willing to help.&#xA;&#xA;I was told it&#39;s an unusual case and that they&#39;d have to do an investigation and it&#39;d incur a fee of 5%. &#xA;&#xA;More than willing to accommodate that. I just don&#39;t understand the delay. The lender is just a message away, the contract repaidnin full and the refund address unchanged. &#xA;&#xA;Close to two weeks since I contacted about the issue.
