I'm from Malabon City. Most people know our city because of the flooding, especially during the rainy season, and yes, it can be challenging. But despite that, it's still home, and there are a lot of good things people don't always see. One thing I like is our local market. Since we're close to the fish port, it's easy to buy fresh seafood every day. If you love seafood, you'll definitely enjoy visiting because there are so many fresh options. I'm also proud of how people in our community help each other. Even when floods happen, neighbors are always willing to lend a hand. We may not have famous tourist attractions, but the people and the simple everyday moments are what make this place special to me. If there's one food I'd recommend, it's the sisig at Kanto Maralex. It's one of my favorite comfort foods because it satisfies my cravings from the very first bite.
