Only DM, inbox and outbox lists should be public. Everything else is private. Nobody needs to know which relays you are checking in on a daily basis. That includes search relays, private outbox, proxy, broadcasting, discovery, feeds, nip-29 groups, communities, hashtags, location feeds, etc. They are now all private.
