She thought it was &#34;muscle&#34;. I told her that if she had figured out how to put on ten pounds of lean muscle in 3-4 weeks she was a physiologic savant. I then asked her how her clothes were fitting and she got uncomfortable. &#xA;&#xA;On further digging her &#39;fitness instructors&#39; had also told her she needed to be eating 5 times daily, 400-500 calories per meal. Ok. Maybe reasonable for intense HIIT, six times a week. I asked her how often she was exercising&#xA;&#xA;Twice a week&#xA;&#xA;At this point she sees the look on my face and really gets uncomfortable. I sigh.&#xA;&#xA;&#34;You&#39;re eating like a bodybuilder, but you&#39;re not doing bodybuilder work. Get better instructors.&#34;</html></oembed>
