Both can be found here. You don&#39;t go to 4chan to be serious, if you do it&#39;s in a dedicated general where seriousness is an established tone. Several people on pedi however have openly talked about not understanding what is/isn&#39;t a joke, so some shitposts are being taken at face value because there is no clear establishment of tone. It&#39;s annoying when others don&#39;t seem to know what&#39;s an obvious joke, but because it&#39;s happening, the responsible thing to do as a community would be to figure out how to better establish tones or encourage a bigger separation of content (we have multiple instances, we should dedicate some to being about seriousness only, maybe?)</html></oembed>
