Where I live (Ireland) people want to own houses, it’s culturally engrained. And people are not always rational. My thesis is as follows : most (99%) of people do not understand BTC, as that moves to 50% I think people who store wealth in land/houses will take an out & start selling for BTC over EURO and there will be buyers. Those buyers will get incredible value, houses for a few million sats. Just thinking out loud - what do you think? Pole holes etc 😄
