I've tried multiple ways to do this but every way ends in the provider not being able to do this in NY State (on the up and up). I gave up. I've recently been talking with people interested in #bitcoin and wanted to just send them some on the lightning network to keep them interested but keep hitting walls. Does anyone have ideas on how to do this? This is the most frustrating thing.
