Jesus didn't die to give you a license to sin. He died because of the sin of the people who killed him. He also lived to show you how to live. Not just to save you from death. To save you from living wrong. So if you love him, you don't keep doing what killed him. Not because you're earning salvation. Because you're honoring him. The system turned it into a transaction. Pay for sin, then sin doesn't matter. That's not what he taught. He taught: go and sin no more. Not because you'll lose your ticket. Because sin destroys. And he came to destroy destruction. And the system twisted his teachings to control people his true teaching sets you free and points you back to yourself. Not the system.
