Chop the veggies in the foodprocessor then sautee them with a little salt. Ground meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, seasonings (salt &amp; pepper, ground coriander, and smoked paprika went in today), worcestershire sauce, and veggies all get mixed up and put in your pan. Mix 1 cup-ish ketchup, 1-2 tsp dijon mustard, and 3 tsp balsamic for a topping - I mix this to taste. 350° until it&#39;s cooked through, these took 15 minutes in a muffin tin.&#xA;&#xA;nostr:nevent1qqsvk92q8ha3ptytt62htw6j3quhy5uv7ngcsxr7rx9rxa37xg5344cpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsyg96rzm9g56heluw2vdvelsavzdyrmesy0a6quwmrjl45e6y3svsgcpsgqqqqqqstamqpc</html></oembed>
