Yes I know Verizon has a policy to automatically unlock their phones blah blah but there is a whole crazy story behind this phone I bought to which it doesn't apply. So stupid that the person GAVE me the phone AND my money back because they couldn't get the carrier to unlock it. It is not black-listed. These big carrier SUCK ASS. Please help!
