I bought a resistance band last weekend, and decided today to use it for some bicep curls. Losing a bunch of weight has left my upper arms looking scrawny, so I thought it might be time to do something about it. I&#39;ve started doing squats, for similar reasons. Just 10 at a time, whenever. I tried 20 and that was too much then, maybe not now.</html></oembed>
