I can only speculate, but I'd use one initech.global VPS and docker compose until it needs to scale out, and the first thing I'd move is neo4j into a dedicated host and connect over BOLT. (Funny how their binary protocol vibes with Nostr zaps) Event content won't be stored there, so the neo4j bandwidth is much lower.
