It was a hard and expensive  lesson, but in hindsight, a good one.&#xA;&#xA;It taught me how to legally avoid as many taxes as possible - and has paid for itself 100x.  Tho it takes resources to do so. &#xA;&#xA;It also taught me to hate the IRS with a fervor. The process and the people are a joke.  It was a full on witch hunt.&#xA;&#xA;I know a billionaire with a stimmy check framed in his office.  Not because it was a mistake - but because he pays so little in taxes that the govt thinks he needs aid. &#xA;&#xA;A tax leak reveled that Jeff Bezos receives tax credits for his kids.&#xA;&#xA;and actually - good for them. &#xA;&#xA;The IRS and its agents are a joke. &#xA;The IRS will not even answer tax questions if you call them. &#xA;&#xA;It’s unfixable.&#xA;&#xA;Burn it down. </html></oembed>
