Communities need to issue their own tokens to reward other types of contributions. Yes those tokens are not worth much outside of the communities that create and use them. Yes Bitcoin is “better money”. But that’s not the point. We don’t need to replace the monoculture of a single fiat currency with the monoculture of a single crypto currency. We need a permaculture of currencies. We need Bitcoin. We need Ethereum. We need everyone.
