I’d be willing to bet it’s clogged(happens every 6-12 months). It could leak if the float needle in the carburetor is stuck too from being dirty. Video below is for a Honda but same concept for most carburetor’s. Super easy and not many tools required. You can literally blow into the jet or poke it with a needle to clear it out if you don’t have tools.
