Start it up in the app so the local relay is running 2. Download Samiz app from zapstore. Start it up so that samiz is running ( requires bluetooth on) 3. Download OxChat from zapstore. Once youve logged via your nsec or with amber, go to the relay section in settings. Add 'ws://127.0.0.1:4869' to the app relays. That should do it. If you set up a second phone in this way, turn internet off on both phones, you can test and see if you can message between the phones offline.
