In reality, we can do this collectively, for just long enough to create a spark of change, but few are willing to keep that going if individually singled out to carry the losses/pain of that action.&#xA;We&#39;re too comfortable, and that&#39;s not necessarily a bad thing, just that the time for real seismic action isn&#39;t here yet.</html></oembed>
