And what the process is for &#34;updating&#34; them. There is no REP (RSS Enhancement Procedure) and maybe there should be? But also is this the best way to add stuff to a standard? I fear not... What living standards/specs/protocols do we have that are most dear to us? And how do they grow or shift or adapt?</html></oembed>
