Ctrl-shift-L to build a new circuit, in the Browser Bundle. "signal newnym" from the command line. What annoys me more is the number of script-kiddie crooks setting up exit nodes in places that don't GAF, and trying to Peek'n'splice HTTPS connections to corporate websites. Certificate errors are the only result, but its a nuisance, and can disrupt automated updates. Normalise Tor Hidden Services for everything. Then we wont need exit nodes.
