The public opinion has changed a lot. But the wheels of government grind slowly. We move forward one dead Lindsey Graham at a time. I don't anticipate they'll operate as they do in 30 years. Not saying they'll be gone, but the balance will shift. Also, not for nothing, I've been vocal for 20 years; Palestinians have been fighting this for over a century. A lot more meaningfully and at a lot bigger sacrifice to themselves and their families. As far as I'm concerned it's an outgrowth of British imperialism anyway. American Zionism is tantamount to loyalism to the crown. Theft is theft, whether it's of taxes, homeland, currency inflation, etc. If the fact that it still happens is reason to give up then I suspect it's time to throw in the towel on this whole civilization thing.
