Want me to bring home something from a drive thru?&#34; I just calculate what she would&#39;ve spent on me (usually 15-20 bucks) and instead buy little bits of #bitcoin. It adds up way faster than you would think. &#xA;And my waistline thanks me. I&#39;m already down 20 lbs in only a few weeks. No soda, no sugar, low carb, tons of protein and mowing my grass with a push mower in 112 heat index. When I finish mowing instead of immediately sitting in the cool, I continue sitting outside in the heat for 30 min to an hour and your body keeps burning fat all day. It maximizes your fat burning potential. Sometimes if I want to really level up I&#39;ll do some light boxing, hitting my heavy bag for 30 to 45 min.
