Sadly, I don't understand anything your saying and you seem to be agreeing with my point while telling me I'm wrong. Forget the cat JPEGs, we do want to stop these, but we are agreed that OP_RETURN makes no difference to this. Why does Core want to eliminate the OP_RETURN limit (libre relay already has) and what are bridges and what have bridges got to do with this. I would appreciate understanding this if you are able to explain and have the time.
