Different tools to be leveraged different ways. When I buy bitcoin I am in effect selling my fiat for bitcoin it is how I protect my surplus capital. Real estate you don't buy with you own money you do so with OPM (other people's money) at least in the case of rental properties. No making money of real property is not going away. Ever.
