Those people that use weed and booze recreationally are generally not the problem. Those people that use weed and booze to self-medicate their underlying mental or social problems will not find what they are looking for with booze or fent and will almost inevitably move on to harder stuff. When there is a way to separate those two categories, I'm amenable to discuss decriminalizing. Until then, no.
