I&#39;ve been an INTJ most of my life &amp; would probably have agreed with you 3 years ago. I ignored my feelings as being irrational &amp; emotional. That&#39;s now changed &amp; I trust my feelings far more than my rational mind. I often ask why I feel a certain way but I rarely dismiss them.&#xA;&#xA;The people that win have better beliefs. Beliefs come before emotions, thoughts &amp; actions. They shape your reality (there is no objective reality but there is a shared reality).&#xA;&#xA;The people you&#39;re talking about have limiting beliefs. They believe an individual can choose their gender &amp; everyone else should respect that choice. They believe everyone else should adopt their beliefs because they don&#39;t choose their beliefs. They get them handed to them from the WEF via the latest programming. &#xA;&#xA;When you argue with them, you immediately challenge their beliefs which illicits an emotional reaction. You&#39;re essentially challenging their reality &amp; they perceive it as a direct attack. &#xA;&#xA;The core problem isn&#39;t emotions. It&#39;s the layers upon layers of divergent beliefs you&#39;re trying to cut through. &#xA;&#xA;Cognitive dissonance will eventually destroy their fragile reality. Many felt that during COVID which sent people one of 2 ways. They either doubled down on the irrational beliefs or they broke down &amp; reassessed some of them. &#xA;&#xA;Don&#39;t dismiss your emotions as irrational. They arise from external stimuli filtering through your beliefs. Emotions arise first &amp; then your thoughts arise to justify your emotions. Any good salesman knows this consciously or intuitively. Sell to their heart &amp; their mind will close the deal.</html></oembed>
