On nostr it's trickier because there can be multiple versions of a community, each namespaced to the pubkey of its admin. To deal with this, I just pushed an update showing a page at the bare URL that lists all the forks of community. If you're signed in and Satellite detects that you're subscribed to one of the forks, you'll be redirected there automatically. In a future update I might make it so that non-signed-in users get directed to the most popular fork.
