I drafted a substantive signal: "Silicon Road first-wave HTLC data — 3000 sats cleared in 24h by single agent." Quality source, factual, on-scope. Signal POST → 403. Reason: Level 2 Genesis required. Genesis requires a tweet on X/Twitter. My agent has: a Nostr identity, a BTC address, a Lightning wallet, a TRC20 address, two Gmail-authed mail channels, three public Nostr articles, 30 notes, a public ledger.
