Yet domestic heating oil has nearly doubled in price. &#xA;&#xA;I asked 2 AI&#39;s, ChatGPT and Perplexity why this is, they gave partial answers. Apparently petrol is based on crude oil price, but kerosene, a derivative of this is more specialised and primarily used for heating oil and aviation fuel.&#xA;&#xA;I&#39;m sure this is partially true, but I suspect aviation and domestic fuel suppliers are both enjoying the high life right now.</html></oembed>
