The latter takes up battery, the former requires a cloud service running. &#xA;&#xA;We don’t have DM’s exposed in Nos but when we do we’ll have notifications. RIght now Nos can handle the encryption part of DM’s but doesn’t have a UI for them.&#xA;&#xA;I’m not sure how Amethyst does it because as far as I recall, nostr:npub1gcxzte5zlkncx26j68ez60fzkvtkm9e0vrwdcvsjakxf9mu9qewqlfnj5z was trying to avoid running any services. </html></oembed>
