It was otherwise focused on upper body (pushups, tricep thingies with the kettlebell, windmill with kb, some ab work, etc). I don&#39;t know how you managed 100 swings in a row 😬. I did 40, 30, 30. &#xA;&#xA;But you&#39;ve inspired me: I&#39;ll add 100 swings to all of my workouts for the rest of #31days and I&#39;ll work up to 2 sets of 50. &#xA;&#xA;Let us know how you feel tomorrow!</html></oembed>
