What you place on your Spending Balance are the satoshis you will be able to spend. If you open a 75.000 sats micro channel with Megalith, you will have to place 75.000 + fees so you have those 75.000 available to use as you wish on your self-custodial wallet. Opening channels do have fees, and those fees will be stated right before you open the channel. If I may add, if you have enough funds, I would recommend opening a bigger channel, at least 250.000.
