However when comparing my timeline in YakiHonne with the timeline I see in Amethyst or Wisp, only a fraction of the notes is shown in YakiHonne. I even unfollowed and re-followed some accounts for a test. I also made sure to add those content-relays that Wisp showed me to be set for the respective accounts. Is there some mute-list in place?
