Even without a CEO, there are still influence layers, incentives, and real-world dependencies that shape how things evolve.&#xA;So I try to look more at structure and user experience rather than just the governance label…&#xA;And from that angle, I personally find Pubky feels more organized and smoother for social use cases, while Nostr feels more open but also more fragmented.&#xA;Not saying one is right or wrong… just how I currently see the trade-offs.</html></oembed>
