It seems that the client I used to create the payment target (Ditto) only added the Ditto relay to the 10133 event. I assume that means if you don’t connect to the Ditto relay, then that’s why you weren’t seeing it on my profile. So I rebroadcasted the event using a blastr relay and it seems to be showing up more reliably now. Profile and payment data needs to be everywhere.
