I stayed out of Bitcoin for a while because I saw it as a hedge against inflation/systemic collapse/tyrannical government and I didn't want to pick one thing as a winner. Then I realized that it would take a miracle for at least 1 of the things I'd be hedging against NOT to happen. The USA is broke AF and much of the rest of the world is worse. Though I have political leanings, no politician can fix that core problem.
