When I moved into management it became clear what my bosses wanted from me: exploit my staff, exploit my students I’ve had a dream a while ago, a protocol that would handle the communication (and much more) between people like yourself and all the people you might want to interact with for your wish to become true. Basically, a network that would empower the people who feel the drive to teach.
