When I created my wallet in Samourai, a long time ago, and sent some sats to it, they didn't show either. Then I contacted support, and showed them my logs. The answer was: "it seems your wallet may not be properly synced to our nodes". And thenz they fixed. Can this be the case in other apps? Some bug, I don't. :(
