I do not. I have honestly never heard about that but that somewhat makes sense and maybe harkens back to some of the Indian origins of ghee.&#xA;&#xA;I will have to do more research into that! For now it&#39;s made as soon as I have the butter available. I am planning though on experimenting with different types of ghee, like a garlic/rosemary infused ghee and perhaps a cultured ghee as well now.</html></oembed>
