I didn’t and won’t sell any bitcoin for my expenses. I’ve only been selling stocks so far as needed. It actually feels good to pull away from Blackrock-related funds and decrease my fiat investments.&#xA;2. I will be able to reap short-term and long-term tax benefits of house ownership.&#xA;3. This is not an investment. This is my home! I can finally buy a big freezer for half a cow and lots of ice cream haha. I can create a garden, build a sauna, or buy a big safe. I can start making a space my own.&#xA;4. It’s in a nice area and I got it for a deal IMO. This reduces risk of losing equity of the market does decide to crash. It’s also near family which is important to me.&#xA;&#xA;All that being said, I’m excited! Even if it doesn’t work out, it will be a learning experience and plenty of fun along the way.</html></oembed>
