Furthermore, writing and framing this as a soft forks will be important in having this reach consensus. &#xA;&#xA;At the technical level, the same intention should be held. Simply restrict rules to enforce bit price conservation. I wouldn’t remove code that would require a hard fork. </html></oembed>
