Even with the diversity push I don’t think they’re making it in big numbers. With all the Boeing stuff we’re unlikely to see a push for automation in piloting (although it’s not unfeasible that they drop to 1 per plane). The sky is still the White man’s domain for now. If anything it’s the air traffic controllers you need to be concerned about.
