I plan my training weeks and then go a little bit on feel on what I need to do. I just did 21k+ everyday in February which I haven’t done before so I had to see what works etc…&#xA;&#xA;That said I will soon jump on a SWAP 100-miler plan by David Roche 🔥</html></oembed>
