It was my father’s—echoing through the corridors of my mind, long after he had passed away.&#xA;&#xA;When I realized that I began to reframe the way I would speak to myself. &#xA;&#xA;Now I speak to myself the way I speak to my children. With love and grace and understanding. &#xA;&#xA;And not surprisingly it makes it easier to be non-judgmental towards others.</html></oembed>
