Men are supposed to be problem-solvers but if they can't figure out women and themselves, they'll never be in a happy long-term sexual relationship. Lots of what you said here is true ofcourse. The lack of masculinity from men in relationships and in society itself is fucked. And that it's up to the guy to elevate himself before expecting to be considered a catch. Double standards are something one has to come to terms with. Women are born with all she needs to attract a man. A man needs to bust his ass off to get what a woman finds attractive (unless he's genetically very blessed). Key point to that is that he shouldn't elevate himself for the sake of getting women, but for his own sake. There is a natural unbalance in all of this, but it's the only game in town so you either accept the rules of nature and play, or you tap out.
