I go to sleep when it gets dark out, sleep for 3-4 hours, naturally wake up without an alarm or other disturbance, spend an hour or two in quiet contemplation and fall back asleep when my body is ready. I almost always wake up around sunrise. &#xA;&#xA;This is how humans slept for all of evolution, until industrialization took away our connection with nature. I find that I  far more alert  and aware of my surroundings since adopting a natural sleep pattern.</html></oembed>
