I planted 400 hills of potatoes this spring, and about 85% are growing beautifully. In about a month I need to DIG about a pickup box of spuds… that’s going to be a workout..&#xA;&#xA;Hopefully the corn actually produces.&#xA;&#xA;Got a bunch of Roma tomatoes producing so, will need to be making sauce and canning it.&#xA;&#xA;Beans will need to be canned..&#xA;&#xA;Peas keep getting picked and shelled &amp; frozen.&#xA;&#xA;I’ve got a pumpkin and some squash that’ll need to be dealt with.&#xA;&#xA;By then my rhubarb will need to be picked again.&#xA;&#xA;Not to mention multiple other herbs n veggies in containers that are just small amounts for seasonings, that’ll all need to be picked, dried and powdered.&#xA;&#xA;I’ve got a busy few months ahead…</html></oembed>
