I am not trying to be negative, but the FEDI project has been portrayed as ‘simple’ - a “village leader” could easily set up a multisig, fund the mint, and add members - the everything app for bitcoin On the contrary, I suspect hardly any “normal” person has the technical ability to safely run a mint. I want this project to succeed…but, in my humble opinion, it has been over sold and its currently not delivering. I will watch BTC sessions guides…I want it to work, but I keep hearing things like “bitcoin is already capable of scaling to 8 billion people with current tech.” Maybe it will be soon, maybe FEDI helps…I hope so….but that day is not today. I will keep researching.
