It's very hard to describe the feeling if you haven't been there, but the one's who've experienced this first hand can testify for it. Only then you get to see what you're made of. It is nevertheless a test and most fail it. The temptation is really big because greed is eternal. No matter how much you already have, the fiat brain can't enjoy the current blessings, it is distracted by what's missing from their life - resulting in a continuous pursuit for material possessions, the respect of their peers and the validation from the ones sitting above. Judge a man not for what he's worth, but for what he rejected in exchange of doing bad stuff. In contrast, good deeds are done in silence and preferably anonymously. Be cautious not to humiliate the one you're trying to help out and choose them carefully, because chances are they'll hate you for it. It is what it is.
