The opting out part is confusing too.&#xA;&#xA;I use PayPal primarily because it makes it easy to cancel things I sign up for. In the UI it’s a few clicks and you’re done. I could care less about the money sending function.&#xA;&#xA;But it’s getting harder to justify using that platform. The alternative is to pay for everything with cc and use those services websites to cancel. The problem is that a lot of those places use shady techniques to make cancellation difficult 😞 and some companies don’t offer any other option that doesn’t involve a bunch of annoying steps.&#xA;&#xA;Perhaps the real solution is to just stop paying for services entirely by avoiding them 🤷‍♂️ &#xA;&#xA;https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/upcoming-policies-full</html></oembed>
